It’s easy to check on the status of your HANRO order or track your order.  Simply use the appropriate section below.

HANRO USA order statuses are:

  • Pending - Your order has been placed but is not yet confirmed within our system. If you need to change or add items to your order, please contact us.
  • Received - Your order is confirmed and is being prepared for shipment. If you need to change or add items to your order, please contact us.
  • Shipped / Completed - Your order has successfully shipped. You will receive an email confirmation of shipment. You can "Track Your Order" using the form below. If you need to return your order, please contact us.
  • Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled – either by the customer or HANRO. If you have a question about this status, please contact us.
